Ross Matsuda is a Chicago-based stage director specializing in opera, operetta, and concert direction. In past lives he focused more on theatre and musical theatre, workshopping new plays and directing classics. He served as the managing director and co-founder of The State Theatre of Chicago.

He has worked in the Apple ecosystem professionally since 2008, in roles ranging from customer service, consumer technical support, enterprise support, and systems administration. Currently, Ross is employed as a Systems Administrator with Ntiva, where he manages a fleet of thousands of Apple devices across hundreds of organizations in dozens of industries.
